Casual Office Space

The Innovation Centre has a small office available for casual leasing for client meetings or to 'hot-desk' away from your home or office.

Facilities

The room has the following facilities which can be requested at the time of making the booking

  • Internet – Wi-Fi
  • Meeting table and 2 chairs
  • Air-conditioning

Booking

Meeting room bookings may be made via the website form or emailing office@coffstechpark.com.au

Capacity

The room can hold 2 to 3 persons comfortably to meet or work.

Fees

  • Hourly: $22
  • Half day: $44
  • Full day: $66

These may vary from time to time. If the booking is on a regular basis, these fees may be negotiated.

Time

The Office will be available Tuesday-Friday only from 0900-1700.

Kitchen & Toilet Facilities

These are located in the same block as the Office and users of the Office are permitted access to these facilities, including use of the refrigerator, kettle and microwave. Food and beverages are not supplied.

Campus food and beverage outlets

Casual office users may like to visit the Campus Coffee Shop and Canteen located on the Education Campus.

Catering

Catering for a function/meeting is simple using the kitchen adjacent to the Boardroom. The Coffs Harbour Education Campus has onsite caterers. For information phone (02) 6659 3250. Bookings can be made online at ACS Function Catering. External caterers are also permitted.

Photocopying and printing

This may be arranged at a small charge.

Boardroom

The Innovation Centre Boardroom is available for use for presentations and meetings. Fees apply. These are negotiable depending on frequency of use. Availability can be checked and bookings made via the Technology Park website. www.coffstechpark.com.au/business-services/board-room/overview
